Maybe of use to you: I did buy a couple of weeks ago via Internet
by Sams (MCP) Visual C++ Starter Kit, price US$ 39.95
It's with the VC++ 4.0 compiler for win95 and with VC++ 1.52 for
win 3.1, the printed book with it :Essential Visual C++ 4.
Several other books are online, alltogether pretty good value foe money.
