Well, while this wouldn't prove anything anyways, considering that he was 
living it up and still doesn't get to the heart of what I'm talking about...
I'm sure he had insurance on his truck, but then again, so do I. He had no 
office, so forget about utilities and rent. It was 10-99 so we all did our 
own 
taxes, of course, he had to do his own taxes, but so did we. Vehicle 
maintenance? Again, a cost everyone must cover for themselves.
Aside from that, very little of his equipment was OSHA-compliant, and because 
he was self-employed, *everything* he did was tax deductible.
