I'm dimly recalling that people used to find a setting on the NetWare
computer that controlled some aspect of the database. Perhaps it was a
timeout value? I recall about disabling optimistic locking, but that sounds
like something you would do in the db app itself - or maybe not, perhaps it
is an option on the NetWare server?
