We have a big ad campaign on TV with the tagline "not everyone who's blind is
TOTALLY blind". . . my answer is, "Then they're not frikkin'
'BLIND'!" (they're
"visually impaired," but blind has a meaning all on its own, and adding
"legally" as an adjective just quintuples the victims so agencies
can get more
funding!
