It appears to be working now.   But I wouldn't know what to put in there.

The "Setup" for colour-theme choices seems to be working now too.

Outbound netmail is still failing.  :(

Absolutely. Webpoint is an interesting solution if avoiding auxiliary programs
client-side is desired.
