This type of pine deposits too much sap when it is burned and also burns
too fast to be used as firewood. Oak is much better for that and also has
a pleasant odor.

BF> They are nice. Just take a pic. and then right in the computer.

That is good and I knew of it already, but I have to wait for the other
system to be built before I can even think about one. Besides, we have
another tropical storm in the Gulf of Mexico at the moment, but the
weathermen all say that it won't be a problem for us in this area. They
evidently aren't looking at the same satellite photos I'm looking at. (-:

That is called a profit-sharing plan here. Many businesses have them
available for their employees and you must be an employee for at least 5
years to become eligible. Unfortunately, some of the investments the plan
supervisor (for lack of a better word) makes lose money, so what the
company contributes to the plan dwindles to practically nothing, but the
money you place into the plan cannot be touched. This actually happened to
me, and after being in a plan at my workplace for 17 years, the boss
discontinued the plan and we were all refunded the money we had invested.

BF> Like you houses are designed to stand a small earthquake.

That is about the only natural disaster that does not occur in this area.

BF> They do find it but sometimes it can take some time.
BF> There are a lot of isolators to go through.

Maybe the power company here knows exactly where to look. They don't have
a very large area to cover, as they are what we call a co-op, which is
owned in not a small way by the customers. There are other, much larger
power companies in the area, however.

BF> Be sure I was surprised when saw that pictures.

Then I want to be surprised, too. (-:

BF> The lamp is lightning here today as well but I'm sure it will come some

Same thing here. My son came over yesterday to pick up the riding mower to
cut his grass and he wanted to know why I hadn't cut mine yet. I told him
to take a close look at the yard and renmember that it has been raining
every day. The entire yard looks like a battlefield.

BF> Right now they are in my camera and I will move them to the computer
 BF> today.

Got them, as you know by now.

BF> It has been raining all week and it's not nice to take pics. when it
BF> comes whole water from the sky.

Same here (again).

Roger
