yes I'm running the same thing ter 400 but under win 3.11 my problem is that 
i have a usr sporster modem that needs windowsfor its error correction and i 
haven't got fig the best string as yet the book string doen't pick up or 
better doen't make the handshak at all if i use ter 400 init for the modem it 
works but if i try to use z modem I get ICR errors after about 60 secs and 
effecity drops down until the other end gives up or this end reports the 
error . i can use other protocals but i got the 14.4 to speed up not to slow 
down i think i might have to phone USR and get the exact strng for this 
software or change to a wibdow based software so i can use the winpri drivers 
that are a part of the modem's package.... any insight is appreciated and
