-=> Quoting Sylvia Cherry to All <=-
SC> services field I added in my table. How do I get that field into my
SC> form of my customers? Thanks for your help. Take care.
You'll have to do it manually, which isn't hard.
Open up the form in design mode and find the menu option called
"Field
List." (I believe it's in the "View" menu, but I'm not sure offhand). This
will bring up a box that has a list of all the fields available from your
record source. Scroll through that box until you find the field you want to
add. Simply click on that field name with your left mouse button, hold it
down and drag the field down to wherever you want to place the field on the
form. Then let go of the mouse button and it'll appear.
It may look different (have a different font or size, have a
different
color, etc.) from the other fields, but that can be edited in the properties
for that box.
I get the impression from your message that you made your form by
having Access create it for you. If so, you could also achieve the same
results by doing the same thing again. Since the new field is now in the
record source, it'll show up on the new form.
