 I'm new to this echo and just dropped by for a look.
 Books are another passion of mine, not novels but non-fiction and the
 older the better. I just love the "homeliness" of them ;)
 As you can see from the origin line, I am in Australia, but hopefully
 this does not present a problem as I'm willing to send payment in
 advance on small amounts.
 I see that Joe Taylor offerred to purchase it a few days ago.
 If this book has not yet been sold, can you let me know if this book
 is non-fiction and if so a little more about it. I am not interested
 in novels or any fictional type of publications.
