Hopefully you didn't encounter the broken nightly yesterday... I force
pushed a different nightly-20210227 and re-ran for nightly and
nightly-20210228 about an hour ago... both are working now... I also
removed
some of the in between tags that may have had a couple issues.

If you're running "latest", you'll want to copy the latest ecweb or
runemaster web directories (see backup/default/web-runemaster) into the
./web directory. By default it copies ecweb4, but that isn't in the
1.1b repo so it doesn't get installed.

I added x00 download/install into xtrn/dosutils as well as
added/configured node and deno (other JS runtimes) to store/cache data
in xtrn/.cache, _deno and _node respectively. Not used by default but
available...

My next change will be to also add xtrn/bin to the path so that external
executables (linux) can be placed there. After that, going to work on
getting an easier to access shell sbbs-dosemu or something as a command
to get drive mounts that match what a door uses, so configuration apps
can be accessed/used more easily.

If you want to use nightly, might pin (see docker-compose.yml) the image
to :nightly-20210228 for now, unless/until you're ready to
change/upgrade again.
