The only finishing moves I can think of that no one has ever managed to 
avoid getting pinned after has been the Pedigree, and maybe the UT's and 
Kane's Tombstone.

Can anyone recall anyone kicking out of a pin after either of these?  
Can anyone recall any other finisher that no one has kicked out of?
