BA> No bees, most likely. I've had the same problem here with tomatoes and BA> melons. Lots of flowers, very little fruit. I think what pollination is BA> occurring is being done by small flying insects. I haven't seen a single BA> honeybee here this year; and, IIRC I think I've seen one bumblebee. Janis in New York has been complaining about the same thing, but where I moved from recently, they were all over the place. I seem to recall some sort of parasite attaching themselves to and eventually killing those bees.
