Replace as in a phone breaks? You log on to the system as the
administrator, and go to a page where the phones and extension are listed,
remove the extension number from the existing phone, plug in the new one,
and on that same page, assign the extension number to the new phone.
As the phone boots, it displays its Mac Address, and it auto assigns an
unused extension. You can just enter a new extension number once you're
removed the old one. About a 20 second operation. If you keep a couple of
spares plugged in, just make the switch and move the phone.
