As long as we (users) can't arbitrarily change files/directories that are  
not our own, then that is reasonably safe.

I just a little test.  I first checked the ownership of the files in the  
c:\points directory.  "Welcome.txt" was assigned to \Krueger.  But a "del  
Welcome.txt" actually deleted it.   :(   Ooops.  Maybe I should have made  
a copy of it to some other temp file first.

Not good.  :(
