An `official' Msged for Linux 4.10 executable is not available.

No more difficult than it is under DOS or OS/2, however the Linux version
needs a considerable amount of work for it to operate correctly.  Right now
I barely have enough time to answer mail in the support echo let alone work
on the Linux version (which, I might point out rather bluntly, I currently
have no use for).
