Basically, it's just a classic, very, very slow bubble sort. (Not
exactly, but it's close enough that if you understand how a bubble sort
works, you can see this is a brother.)
It loops through each entry, comparing it with the next one and possibly
swapping the two. It then goes on to the next entry, does the same, and
so on until it's done a complete loop.
It also includes an 'early out' test to stop sorting when there were no
more swaps made in the last past.
It's not written well, and it's not a good sort, either.
