Have you noticed the state has decided it knows how to raise children 
better than the parents? Could this have something to do with it? 
Geeze, descipline you own child by "warming his buns" and you get an 
abuse charge... I'm not talking about welts, and bruises... I'm just 
talking about a good-old-fashioned fanny reddening.
When the state gives parents their kids back, I'll bet 10-1 we'll see 
better family values and a bit more social order. While I'm at it, 
bring back the draft; if only for forestry or some other form of non 
combantant national service, for lack of an enemy to point at!
