I bought some wisteria (sp?) at the local fish store. They said it's a pretty
hardy sort of a plant. Is this so? What other types of plants are good for a
freshwater tropical tank?

The name you used sounds familer, but I don't think that I've ever
had any of that kind. I have had great success with hornwort, giant
val., bacopa, crypt plants, and a red mellon sword. The types of
plants that will do good are determined by your water, and light
conditions. PH, hardness, temp., types, and amount of fish, and iron
   are all important.

Subj: Pleco's and zuchinni

I've heard of feeding pleco's zuchinni. A while ago I posted a message
about it, but never had a reply. My question is, how big a piece of zuchinni
does one use??? I tried some very thin slices, and boiled them, but they
made their way slowly but surely into the filter.
