I think term limits are pretty much the call of the people who have been
participating in the democratic process time and again, only to be made
irrelevant by those who do not participate.
If we could actually get massive citizen involvement rather than
apathy, the call for term limits would fade away, as the voting process
would serve as a built in term limit.
