You don't *have* to have all that for your users to be able to view HTML, you
only have to send it to them. They have to have a terminal capable of viewing
it, and since these exist, where's the problem? Larrey Athey's MAXTERM
certainly seems capable of handling HTML, although I've not really looked at
that part of it yet.
