subject: Re: TaskScheduler Task `Could not start` -- CAUSE?

From: Ellen K.

I set it up in the GUI, have never tried to schedule a task using the command line.

(On pre-NT systems I never trusted the task scheduler, I used to write my
own timers, but a homegrown timer sucks CPU bigtime because it's basically
like the little kid in the back seat going "Are we there yet? Are we
there yet?")
