Not 100% sure about Windows, but on Linux it would be something like:

Unpack Cmd: cd "%3" > /dev/null 2>&1 && arc ewn "%1" "%2" > /dev/null 2>&1; exit $?

View Cmd: arc vw "%1" >> "%3%2" 2> /dev/null; exit $?

On Windows, I think "/dev/null" would need to be changed to "NUL".
Might be worth a try at least.
