I forgot to mention, that it would be a good improvement if the windows stayed
where the user wants them to remain during a session.

After I select "Send/Receive", my main message window resets to the upper left
corner of the screen (I've dragged it down towards the middle after starting to
read messages.)  And the "Menu WEB Point" command window overlays on top of the
message window.  :(
