I haven't forgotten and will get them off to you as soon as I find a box
they will fit into.  I thought I had a big box but ..... :-)  they are
coming, I promise!

If you want.  They will come, hopefully, via post-office so should not
cost more than $3 or $6 depending on the size and weight.  However, 
postage in not necessary - I will not use them and really would like to
have them used.  :-)
