NOthing here yet, and this is about a week later possibly.
Temporarily switched feeds and missed your post while my main feed was
temporarily out of action. However, most of my netmail routing comes
through 1:261/38.  dOn't know what happens between 116/116 and me though.

Still haven't seen a thing, and if your ping had reached me it would have
shown up in my logs .
