Hello All!

Somewhere in the addled recesses of my senior-challenged brain, I remember
an application that allowed a mode that wanted to join an othenet fill out
a form and create an application form and maybe a nodelist segment for
submission.

Anyone remember/have/know where I can download it?

Also, is MAKENL the only thing that can be used to generate a nodelist for
an othernet?

Yea, I am thinking of starting another othernet after a long time.
