Hi
Perhaps you'll inspire me to do what you were describing. For a while,
I was stamping images of new stamps in a book and I even grouped them in
categories. You are certainly correct. It does help when you want to
get an idea for a card. Now I just try to remember what is there.
Your other point is well taken too. Some stamps are just perfect when
stamped with ink on paper. I generally use those for notepaper and
teacher or absence notes. I often wonder if they notice anything else
besides the words on the page. The attendance lady at our school seems
too busy to look too hard at the stationery.
One stamp I have that is nice to use alone is an arrangement of sea
shells. Others are single flowers.
Enjoy!
Sara
