From: "Glenn Meadows"

I'm going to mention Polarbar. No scripts, has an internal HTML viewer, if
you need it, NO scripts capability, and will extract text from HTML emails
and display them.

www.polarbar.org

There's a Java Web download there as well, that will download and configure.

Quite flexible, some interesting features and such.

Development has been stagnant for some time, but there still is active
development going on. We're discussing the next phase in a private list
right now.
