Hi Artimus,
I think you'll that it was NOT Matt Frewer who played Barclay.  Rather
it was Dwight Schultz.
Matt Frewer did appear in TNG as Berlinghoff Rasmussen, a time traveling
con-man.  I liked him in that role.  I have to wonder what Robin
Williams would looked like in it, though.
