If this is 3.11 and your driver is compiled, you will need to recompile
your driver AND either manually or softset (depending on your NIC) set
the port and IRQ on the network interface card.
If I remember 3.11 correctly you are unable to use the higher IRQ's 10,
11 etc. 3.12 is easier to set via net.cfg and you get the higher IRQ's.
