Yes, this is a great program. I should have mentioned Big Brothers and Big
Sisters, as they are a mentorship type programs, and they have a proven track
record with great success. Success is measured by percentages of drug abuse
and felony convictions. Both programs give an at-risk youth a much better
chance at life. You don't have to be old enough to be a parent to be a
positive role model and positively impact the life of a teen. I apologize for
failing to mention these great programs. I have nothing but praise for anyone
who has served as a Big Brother or a Big Sister.
