To all of us alcoholics who think that our drinking only affects us. 
Today is a sad day for me, I just found out that a friend of mine has been 
killed in a car accident by a drunk driver. This friend of mine had 
everything going for him,he was only sophmore in high school and he already 
had college recruit ers looking at him for his basketball skills. He was very 
good kid one of the nicest ones in this world today. We now h ave two 
families that are mourning. The one family has lost a son and the other 
family has lost a dad, he is now going to prison. We have to ask ourselves, 
is it worth it. I don't think so. So don't think that your drinking only 
affects y ou because this kid had nothing to do with alcohol but he died of a 
result of alcohol.
