I find some spams are difficult to score much higher.  To improve the lower
end I check a few good ones that score over 1.0.

Those that get tagged get caught by my other filtering server so it's rare
the user ever sees a spam, I bet not more than one a week if that.  I tell
the users to forward me anything that makes it to their mail and I further
refine the hammer mass. 

It would be cool to be able to see and edit the database to just remove the
bad entries!

I go ahead and block by IP some of the worse offenders, not wanting them to
try some future nastiness.
