You mean Media Guide? That's just a web page, displayed within the player,
that links to videos, music downloads, articles, etc. You can set Media
Player not to display Media Guide on startup. Under Options, Player
Settings, uncheck "Start Player in Media Guide". I quite like
Media Player 10.
