I have recently gotten into the scanner hobbie myself and did too buy the 
pro-67. And so far I am enjoying it greatly..although I have bought the book 
Police call 9th edition, I am finding that some freq's listed are not 
valid...for instance, I too like to listen to the R.R.'s since i am a truck 
driver and pull pigs and containers out of Modesto, Ca. S.F. yard....but the 
freq's are quiet, and getting the correct freq out of the friends who work 
thee is hard as hell
