Yeah, it's going to my brother.  I'll try to get the 1.6ghz he's using to
run the bbs on, but it doesn't look likely.  Yeah, I don't know what's going
on with ele on my 2600.  I just noticed it about a week ago.  Before then it
would start immediately.

Any reason you can't run your BBS on your old machine under XP?

Regardless, something is very wrong with your setup if it takes 20 seconds
to spawn Ele.
