I've noticed this with netmails as well.  I've had some automated netmails
sent to "Regional Coordinator" or "Network Coordinator" that I hadn't yet set
to forward to me, so they just sat there unread, I could see from the
numbering of messages that something was there, but Mystic wouldn't let me
read them.  I had to open one of the jam base files in a text editor to see what they were/who they were addressed to.
