Eric, I traced it back to the Colorado internal tape drive I'm using.
The drive uses a special shared floppy ribbon adapter and somehow, the
floppy change signal is being screwed up. Not sure how to fix this one
because I have the same setup on several other Warp v4 machines an the
tape drives work fine.
The controller for this computer is integrated into the motherboard so
there may be some sort of problem with it.
