Well, the outside interface is a covered box, which would keep moisture
out, and the box could be padlocked by the customer. I just think it's
an inconvience for it to be mounted on the outside. I think it should
be mounted on the closest joist to the exterior door in the basement,
or to the rear wall of the house if there is no basement. Just my
opinion...
