Altiris is a likely candidate (http://www.altiris.com).

At one time they were an MS "partner" in the SMS space, providing
add-ons and enhancements to SMS.  Then, as usual, MS decided to build
functionality formerly provided by Altiris (and others) into SMS, MOM, SUS,
etc.

Altiris is now building full-featured solutions that compete with MS in the
management arena.
