i believe the tiwis are quite successful at just that....however many other
aboriginal settlements are too far gone with white ways and boundaries to
revert back overnight......alcoholism is an addiction that is not easy to
break...along with hopelessness of being stuck in remote areas with their
culture barely intact, dying like flies and not much future for the
children.
