I'm using Xlax also, and I am using sysop.ndx.  Looking at the result with
Bonk, it appears that sysop.ndx doesn't tolerate duplicate entries.  That
is part of the problem; but the other part is that msged uses a fuzzy
lookup so that if a sysop is listed as "Fudd" on one node and
"Elmer Fudd" on the other, entering To: Elmer Fudd will find
"Fudd" if it appears first.
