Have you thought of importing the files description with Maxlist?  If the
files on this CD carry a FILE_ID.DIZ you'll be able to do it.  Otherwise,
how about running HTMSTRIP on the HTML file?  With a minor bit of editing,
you should have a FILES.BBS.
