I suppose we're drawing a line between a boot loader and boot sector?
If it executes from 0,1 it's a boot(able)sector.  ;-)

There's one at 1:346/15 called gameboot.zip, a boot sector that
doesn't load an OS but a shoot-em-up video game in 512 bytes.
The game itself isn't much, but the technique is either interesting
or educational- your choice.  :-)
