| subject: | Using Alternate SMTP Port ?? |
How do you tell IREX to use a different SMTP port, other than 25? I am having trouble with my broadband provider. They are blocking Port 25. I was able to use their SMTP server, but it has stopped working, and their tech support is clueless. My e-mail provider says I can use Port 587. That works with my e-mail client, but I can't find a place to tell REX to use a different port. I tried 'smtp.provider.com 587' in the SMTP server field, but that does not appear to work. Is there anyplace I can change from Port 25 to Port 587?
