Hi CG, sory if there was confusion.  You vote to RC13 in R13-SYSOP .  The RC's
collect the votes and then vote here.  RC13 elections are in progress. Back in
a bigger Fidnet day, you'd have voted to your NC who'd have carried it to the
RC but now we are simpler and RC13 just counts us all up evenly then votes for
us based on what we told him.  There's a netmail to 1:13/0 option but most of
us dont bother and use an open email just like you did.  Repost there ok?
