PM> Nice touches, I agree. Especially the menus.
PM> Lara was changed, though. Perhaps Eidos got a bit upset at the
PM> previous likeness. :(
Not THAT upset. Notice the credits? Looks like Core actually got their
hands on the game, and said "we'll let you keep her, if you change her."
Can't complain, and it makes sense - would you like your company's "mascot"
portrayed as badly as she was before 1.2?
PM> Something else was changed but I can't remember what now.
The background to Master Leep's Temple. Much more colourful... can't wait
to use it when I build levels.
PM> Can't wait to see just how tough the 'female warrior' turns out to be.
PM> This ought to be good. ;)
Hey, if you've seen the picture of her, you know she certainly won't be a
walk in the park.
PM> First thing I did was *disable* the demos. Makes the game load
PM> faster. :)
I could care less about the load time, really - but then I liked the demos,
since they screamed "this is Shadow Warrior!"
PM> It seems the saved-games from version 1.1 don't work with 1.2. Crashed
PM> every time I tried them. Oh well! Time to fight my way back and save
PM> 'em again!
Well, given that this is the shareware version, it's excusable. It doesn't
take too long to get back to where you were!
PM> It's a hard choice: Raystorm or SW. WHY did they both have to come out
PM> around the same time???? Argh!
Shadow Warrior. That's all there is to it. It'll probably have a
considerably longer lifespan than Raystorm.
