SMAPI 1.3 has been released and is currently available for FREQ from 3:635/728:

SMAPI13.ZIP    72K  SMAPI; Modified Squish MSGAPI - version 1.3 Released in
                    March 1997. Contains a modified version of Scott Dudley's
                    original MSGAPI0 which supports compilation on a number
                    of other platforms in addition to those supported by
                    MSGAPI0.

SMAPI can also be download via anonymous Internet FTP from
ftp://ftp.zws.com/pub/msged/, or visit the Msged home page at
http://people.enternet.com.au/~blizzard/msged/.
