Ward also contradicted you. You claimed Z2 participated in the voting. Ward
claimed Z2 installed P4 by decree of the then ZC2, Henk Wevers. As I already
mentioned Ward has mixed up P4 and EP1. It was EP1 that was decreed in force by
Henk Wevers. P4 was rejected by Z2.

Not really my problem.

Why do you assume that Z2 remained silent? Z2 did not remain silent. On the
contrary. Of course Henk spoke up in the ZCC. But he did more. He hopped om a
plane to the US (sponsored by the HCC) to visit a syscon that was going on
there and use the opportunity to present the Z2 objections against P4 in person
to the Z1 powers that be. After presenting his case, Henk was promised that P4
would be postponed. However when he had returned to The Netherlands, he learned
that P4 was adopted anyway. Hence his "I felt betrayed".

For the umpteemth time: Z2 was not silent. You do not seem to be well
informed...

You can be as sure as you want, but that is not what happened. Z2 presented its
case. It was ignored.

IOW: P4 was rammend down our throath.

Again: that is not what happened. Z2 spoke up, the objections were ignored.
