I had a corrupted rep package that I couldn't open with pkzip or fix
with pkzipfix. When I uploaded it anyway, it went. Now we know which
message was corrupted! Bad CRCs.

I was trying to tell Michael that a timer alleviates the problem of
getting up early and going out to plug in a vehicle.
